Imperial Han Dynasty

Western Han Dynasty lasted from 202 BC to 9 AD. There was a discontinuation due to Xin Dynasty from 9 to 23 AD. Western Han Dynasty continued from 23 to 25 AD. The dynasty continued as Eastern Han Dynasty from 25 to 220 AD. This is a period when China was under Chinese rule.
